Terms of Service

Use Doogle to translate dogs you have the right to photograph. Have fun. Don't try to use it as a substitute for veterinary care. We provide the service "as is" without warranties. We can update or end the service. You're responsible for the photos you upload.

By installing or using Doogle Translate ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

Doogle is an AI-powered entertainment and educational tool that interprets dog body language from photos. It is not a veterinary diagnostic service. If your dog is sick, injured, behaving abnormally, or you're concerned about their welfare, contact a licensed veterinarian or certified animal behaviorist — not Doogle.

Translations are best-effort interpretations of body language signals. The AI is correct most of the time but is not infallible. Confidence scores reflect the model's certainty, not absolute truth.

You retain ownership of every photo you submit. By submitting a photo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process the photo and display the resulting translation back to you (and, only if you opt-in, to other users via the Public Feed).

You agree that you have the right to submit any photo you upload — meaning either you took it, or you have permission from the owner. Don't submit photos that infringe copyright or privacy rights.

You won't:

— Submit photos containing nudity, gore, abuse, or unlawful content
— Use the App to harass, defame, or threaten anyone
— Try to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our API
— Use the App for veterinary diagnostic decisions
— Create accounts or device IDs in bulk to abuse rate limits
— Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers against the App

We may remove content and/or block devices that violate these rules.

Translations are private by default. If you toggle "Share to public feed," your translation becomes visible to other users. You can turn it off at any time. You may not share photos that contain identifiable people without their consent.

We try to keep Doogle up and working, but we can't promise zero downtime. The service may have outages, slow translations, or temporary feature changes. We may modify or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

DOOGLE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ACCURATE TRANSLATIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOOGLE AND ITS CREATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED USD $25.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doogle, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

We can suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time. To delete your data, see the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted with a new date at the top. Your continued use of the App after a change means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
